All purchases made are final and no refund will be given.
You may, however request for an exchange should you find the item(s) faulty or in the wrong size.
All exchanges must be made within 7 working days from the date of purchase.
Returned item(s) should be in it’s original packaging, have not been worn and/or used, in a good and salable condition, together with it’s original tags and receipt.
If somehow an item does not fit, you may request for an exchange in size, subject to our store’s stock and availability.
Should there be no stock of the particular item, you may then change the item with another item in the store of the same price, or higher.
Kecheek does not offer cash refunds/exchange.

For orders with Bank Transfer option, do make payment within 24Hours of your order.
